Live-in Program(s)
- Located at Tsow-Tun Le Lum facility.
- Tsow-Tun Le Lum does not accept self-referrals for our live-in programs: applicants must be referred by a referral worker.
- Please review "Admission Criteria" to ensure your client is eligible for our live-in program(s) prior to filling out the intake package.
- Application review will commence only upon completion of "Consent for Release of Information" page on intake package. Please ensure that you have checked the appropriate boxes on this page when filling out the intake package.
